Heat exchanger Venting pipe for Viessmann Vitodens 111-w

Can anyone tell me what hose I need to be able to connect to the vent of the heat exchanger to bleed the air . Will a garden hose fit this vent? Or do I need a smaller size. I only need a couple of metres. Should have been left but previous owner must have taken it.
