Thanks @gas112 – I'd appreciate if it could be done from the inside. This is what the boiler/flue looks like inside. There's no air brick. Do you still think it could be done from the inside?

Hello, My Gas Safety Certificate failed because the flue has been installed through an air brick and has not been sealed externally. I've attached a picture. This has been the case for many years even before I owned the property, but nobody had challenged it until now. My boiler is a Vaillant...
