The door was open, I even opened the curtains. I did not have the window open due to how cold it has been. I haven't dried clothes in the...

Thanks for all the help. I have lived in the house for 2 months and there was no mould before this and the couple before that lived in the house over 30 years didn't appear to have this issue which to me points to lifestyle. I have checked on the loft but couldn't get in far enough of that helps...

Manhole Cover/Access is it still in use? Can I fill it?

I have the following manhole cover in the middle of my front garden and it is becoming hazardous as the cover has become so brittle and loose that if someone steps on it I am worried they will fall through! With this in mind I looked to replace, due to it being in the middle of the garden I...

Hot Water not lasting as long and radiators taking longer to heat up

So I have changed the pump to constant pressure 2 and am getting a reading of 29W and on PP 2 I am getting a reading of 13W. I'm a bit out of my depth here, which mode do you think would be best based on this? On the mid position valve there is resistance but it does not return to its original...

So should I be able to just unscrew the 4 bolts and check to see if it is full of muck? Will I need to turn all the electrics etc off
