Hi tictac, Please tell me why !!! I tried a small piece but five hours later I just pulled it off

I need to fix one large polished floor tile as a slpash back at the back of my cooker. Will Wickes solvent free instant adhesive do the trick. The tile will rest on a batten. I`ve used this product for other jobs & it`s v/good
