    Thanks for your reply, the company have said the will install the shutter, provide the NVR and it will also have a 1.5m cable. I would have to find an electrician who would place the NVR in a waterproof enclosure and also run the cable by extending in to the house.

    The second shutter you say has the NVR in the waterproof enclosure. I am assuming the electrical wiring and plug then runs in to the house? Also are you not worried someone could open the waterproof enclosure and manual open the shutters? Finally any links to the waterproof enclosure? Thanks
