highlighted is one of the weep / breather spaces that was installed the wrong way up, so would have been funnelling water into the cavity for 10 years!

this is the side which I have sealed, as it is above the leak on the inside wall - a bit OTT, but still hasn't solved the issue.

I have not siliconed this side - this is as is, as the leak is not visible on the inside of the conservatory on this side - if it ain't broke, don't fix it...
