I will try, but this might be quite difficult as it disappears into a wall! What ever it is, maybe it needs to be tied into live terminal in the tado (along with the live in), as with bridging links between L-5-8, it is connected to live at the moment?

highlighted is one of the weep / breather spaces that was installed the wrong way up, so would have been funnelling water into the cavity for 10 years!
I have not siliconed this side - this is as is, as the leak is not visible on the inside of the conservatory on this side - if it ain't broke, don't fix it...
