Glass scraper has worked for me, where Ive been in similar situation!

CT1 works well, and yeh as above mentioned foam is your best friend. Most gaps I often fill with foam, and does the trick! :giggle:

I had the exact issue with my Draper petrol strimmer. Realised it was the centrifugal clutch, which when fixed was fine. Only to realise a few months later it concked out on me again:cry:. I made the switch to the makita battery strimmers -...
