Thanks for comments, it does seem like a new or refurb board is required for a quick fix and look for a longer term solution to replace the system.

Are you familiar with the BoilerMate 2000 System? The figures are all degrees C, eg 99C, 76C, 8C. The HW Pump has been temporarily wired to the power input terminals on the PCB with an inline switch to allow isolation when not in use (as only required while showering). Thanks Adrian
