I think I am going to go with techni-board underlay.
For the following reasons
its thicker than other underlays
doesn't require a water proof membrane
will go on concrete and floor boards...

I like the timbermate idea... they dont join at a step or door way.. the boards will lay over the join.
My builder suggested "thicker the better" as far as underlay goes.
Hi there.. I have a downstairs area I wish to laminate... I am trying to select underlay for the flooring.
Unfortunately there is a combination of floors to deal with.. In the kitcehn diner there is newly laid concrete flooring.. In the rest of the space it is floorboards.

Last night I took my shower apart and replaced the o seals around the cartridge. Put it back together and everything worked with no leaks (apart from the hot and cold working in different directions).
