Yeah, never thought about it like that. Anyway the advice I got was enough for me to get the garage door open. Thanks to noseall for pointing me in the right direction. As far as 'burgling a garage', judging by the noise I made getting the door open I had better not give up my day job :wink:

You may have sorted your cooker now, but just in case you haven't. I had exactly the same problem with my Kenwood fan oven. It turned out to be the heating element, whic cost me £34. It was fairly easy to change. If you have not fixed your cooker yet it may be worth checking out the element...

I think you will find that the listings company will control what you can do with your site. Usually you can pay extra to enhance your site, but you won't be able to do this without using them.

When I turn the handle on my garage door it will not open. I cannot feel any resistance on the handle, making me think the wire connecting the handle to the catch has broken/ become disconnected. As the mechanism is on the inside of the door, how do I get the door open. :?:

The De-scaler has been in overnight and the banging was no better this morning. I am going to work now so it will have to stay in there till tonight. Just hope it doesn,t do any more damage.

Bab No I do not have the boiler instruction book. I moved into this house 2 years ago and 'inherited' this system. I will put the stuff in and see how it goes. What is the worst that can happen if I leave it in too long?
