I think my plumber already did that. He pulled the machine out to check all the pipes etc and there was no water. he thought it was a technical fault with the cycles. Is this possible? So if there is no water what should i do next? do i call smeg directly? Sorry to ask u so many questions.

Hi your process of the 4 times 3 second thing worked. I turned it off and on in 10 seconds and have put a rinse cycle on. It just beeped but i can still hear the pump running, quite noisy! Shall i open the dorr and see what is happening in there????
