    I have a bathroom in the middle of my flat (1st floor) and I need to install an extractor fan (there isn't one there today). It's not possible to run the extractor fan across the ceiling but we can raise the room flooring (in the bathroom and the adjacent bedroom). The bedroom is approx 18ft...
