Hi Woody, I took the fillers out and replaced them with brushes similar to gutter protectors to improve ventilation. Now having second thoughts of putting them back to somehow limit water traveling back on antidrip.Screws are self sealing.

Had a busy day today.Lifted all sheets on small section of flat roof and above the corner where it leaked. I discovered that whoever built the roof has not placed any insulation above that corner-see pics-. There is an empty void above corner - could it be that warm air from house meets cold air...

Hi Ken The underlay on main roof now sits on the top of sheets so I dont think water is running from the top of flat roof to it's bottom.

120mm non foil kingspan between rafters(at the bottom).20mm foil faced (both side) kingspan under rafters-across rafters.then plasterboard .been told those bottom 20mm insulation should act as vcl.above insulation air gap in excess of 50mm.problem only appears during wet weather hence my theory...

Hi All, i am having issues with flat roof . we've had 'roofers' round twice and problem still exist so im here to see what else can be done with it. roof is covered with metal sheet (antidrip) at angle of 3.5 deg and it seems not to drain quickly enough at the bottom. water drips into house...
