Hi all,
I am having issue with water coming into extension where it joins conservatory. Problem only occurs in wet weather. Flat roof constructed 2 y ago , pvc covered sheet with anti-drip. rafters 225, 120 insulation between rafters and 20 foil back kingspan under rafters(been told this is to act as a VCL). now I have had this issue discussed here and managed (with help from ppl on here) to improve ventilation at the bottom of roof.the problem has gone away except to the corner pictured it seems to be getting worse. My Q's is how else can I improve ventilation thru that corner? I am about to lift the sheets coz I just dont know what else to do. I am sure there is no holes in sheets and the only thing that may be causing it is either condensation or water being pushed back under it with wind- however the corner is well covered on the outside so maybe wind just cant get there to dry it out???
Many thanks for all help
Andre
