It is and can leak when heavy rain. No water on cupboard until new boiler put in

Any ideas what might be causing the leak?

When it rains heavy my cupboard gets wet. New condensing boiler only fitted 3 weeks ago. I can see water on top of the boiler by the flu and water underneath on the shelf. The outside flu pipe comes out and had to go 90 degrees up and then back horizontal to miss the conservatory. Can't see how...
