Mains Electricity Operated Chainsaw Parkside 2200W vs. Titan 2000W

You could also consider Hyundai chainsaws, they have a good entry level range, either 1600W or 2400W. https://www.accolademowers.co.uk/collections/electric-chainsaws Both get good reviews online and, to @cdbe's comment, both come with a three year warranty.

    Woodworm in garage beams

It's great that you've started treating the woodworm issue with SoluGuard. Seeing new frass after treatment could indicate it's working, but it may take time. Treating in the winter when they're less active is a good plan. Since your garage structure seems stable, you're likely catching the...

    Lawnmowing...

    Some DIY patio advice?

I'd can vouch for buying a wacker. I've hired one in the past for the odd job but decided to buy one as I had a load of jobs to do (patio, play area, drive, extension). I went with a Hyundai in the end which has served me well...

Could you use some sort of stop on the track? This will depend on the track though.

    Garden Outhouse Base

Hey I did something similar last year and found this article helpful: https://www.howarth-timber.co.uk/inspiration-advice/how-to-build-a-raised-deck/ It covers different scenarios for securing the base to buildings, ground, etc. I got all the bits I need from Wickes. Andy
