seems that the basin which is one big unit incorperating cupboard and mirror all in one unit came from germany, would this make a difference? maybe european size is different. many thanks and will look into a clicker if nothing else can be done.

I have one of those pop up waste thingys which works from a lever on the mixer tap, need to replace the plug and especially the plastic strainer but cannot find one to fit! standard 40mm is too big. the plastic strainer is around 28mm across, the plug is 38mm across and the whole thing is 60mm...

Hi have a halstead cbx 32 combi. installed 2006. CH working fine DHW will work only if I turn off the CH and reset the boiler, then I have no CH untill a further reset of boiler. 1 engineer said nothing is wrong? 2nd engineer never turned up! please help (what could this be?) ,andy
