No lockout, just the centre LED, after a few seconds this goes out and the whole cycle repeats until you turn off the boiler or stop calling for heat of DHW

I have a Biasi M110.32 SME. It had a new fan recently....worked OK for a while. Now if you call for hot water or central heating the fan starts, you can hear the clicking from the spark generator but then after 2 or 3 seconds it all stops & the central of the three LEDs lights red with the other...
