It's in the user manual, page 16.
Logon to the panel as the master user (not engineer code).
Then select "Master setup"/"Front tamper" disable and return.
1. To open the panel up you need to unscrew screws which are accessed from the backplate of the panel.
2. To fit the panel to the wall you need to have the panel opened up to screw the panel backplate to the wall.
3. Once the backplate is against the wall then you can't put the panel back...
If you're prepared to have a go yourself then the Yale Smarthome alarm is a very simple DIY install. I put one in to my house earlier this year and it's very simple + the engineers manual is available online and also easy to follow.

The fault must still be present for the alert to remain. Check the tamper switches operate OK on the sensor, you could try manually pressing the tamper switch in (with the sensor cover off) and getting someone else to clear the fault. This would show if it's a sensor cover fitting issue or not.
The "sleep time" for my Yale Smarthome system is just 1 minute. Perhaps the OP's system is different in that regard but 10 minutes seems very long.
Do the sensors have an internal jumper which can adjust the sensitivity ? Again mine do but they're not the same units as the Yale Premium system.
