Hi can anyone give me some advice,my neighbours built decking that when they are stood on it they see over my garden by 3 and a half feet they have built it not near there house but on top of there garden our gardens go up on a slope,we live in housing accomodation the housing have allowed these people to keep this even though my son whos autistic is terrified of dogs and there husky dog looks over my 6ft fence by at least 2ft,the housing say they will add 1ft to the fence but i need at least 3ft,they have not got planning permission for this even though i know there are privacy laws,these people are on asbos due to intimidation of others my family included,i have got my councilor involved,please has anyone got some good advice for me,the whole structure looks onto my full garden and into my home.
