It seems the Raftgrab from Paterson is a roof anchor commonly used in Scotland. I am thinking getting one installed but not impressed with such a big part of the flashing being visible (refer to photos below and attached installation guide). Not sure there is more aesthetic way of installing it.

The pipework seems to be as such: Hence the wiring diagram seems correct as the pump is only for CH. Can the HW really circulate through the cylinder coil only using gravity? PS: still think the cylinder stat is missing from the wiring diagram though.
