Let me just give you a quick tip, do not unplug usb sticks or HDD from a computer, make sure you remove it by removing it safe, via the pc, bottom right, right click, eject usb... Anyway, this is a simple fix and it can be done, download any live linux cd's, put it into your pc, boot from cd...

Not sure but my mechanic came round and fixed it, the bottom sucks it threw, the one I needed to get off, we heated to get off, a lighter worked fine, even most mechanics and at metal scrap yards told me about the heat and pipe and it worked fine, no leaks, all fixed :) thnx anyway
