    It doesn’t look like an issue with the guttering. I had them cleaned and checked the other month. Somebody did mention that it could be due to gaps in the window seal in the bedroom directly above - could this be a possibility? I’ve attached an image.

    Hooping for some advice. We have some water seeping through the tops of the living room walls. This is either side of the front window. There are some small cracks in exterior render. Could this be the culprit?

    We have some salt and clear tide marks. Could this be penetrating damp?
