Thank you for your reply. That was my understanding. My property is a new build and looking at the NHBC guidelines it all advises the same.

Please could someone advise if the height of the DPC in the images in relation to the finished ground level is acceptable and complies with building regulations? Many thanks

Attached are 3 further images. The pathway between my property and next door slopes upwards and therefore rises above the DPC level midway along my garage wall. From my garden gate the path then slopes down and this shows the DPC well below ground level. Any advise much appreciated.

Not yet but my property is still under warranty so want to ensure any issues are rectified before the warranty expires.

I’m aware that’s the DPC but my concern relates to the fact it’s covered by the paving slabs and below ground level.

Please could someone advise on the location of the DPC level of my garage (image attached). My understanding is the DPC should be 150mm above ground level? Any help or advice much appreciated.

Following some work I had done recently on my French doors I noticed a mark on the threshold (see attached image). Could someone kindly advise what I can use to remove the mark without damaging the finish of the wood. I'm unsure what caused the mark but could be a red pen. Any help or advice...

Sorry I meant to say the oven only has the holes to be secured with two screws at the top.

It's only secured with two screws in the top of the oven, both are with these replacement screws. I was more worried about the screws being too thick for the diameter of the kitchen unit and coming through the sides of the unit but I presume that is extremely unlikely.

Thank you for your replies. Do you think I should request they return to rectify with the correct screws or is it best to leave as it is now?
