i Hav 2 conditions to discharge. 1 is a landscape scheme plants and shrubs need planting.
before developemnt the property was empty for over 10 years and derelict rear car park was full of overgrown bushes and so was the front entrance.
now we had to build a 15 car park space where ther is...

Yes ther is flow to each zone.
The issue iv noticed when ufh is on the temp of the boiler rises up very quickly but when rads are on too the its fine

Installed wet central heating over a year ago and it has not worked as it should. Cold patches around the install
It is on 3 zones tried removing any air locks even removed the actuators still same issue. Even spoke to technical not much help.

Iv bought used bifold doors in white. They where fitted internally without a cill
Im after a cill in alluminium. Iv tried several places with out joy. Does any one know in the north west area i can pickup??
If no joy can i use a upvc cill on a bifold doors?

New rule that is all approved building inspectors have register with a new regulator by 6th April via a rigirous application.
My question is can any approved inspector run its own business as a sole trader? Rather work for a company

Im building my own extension. And im contemplating having electric or wet underfloor heating
For wet UFH would do i need additional radiators to keep the room cosy. Its a large room about 60sqm
I realy dont want to go down installing UFH and it strugles to heat the room

I'm rewiring an extension. having 4 x 3kw panel heaters. individually wired to the consumer unit.
the customer wants an independent timer/stat on the wall to turn all 4 heaters on and off.
Is this possible will be drawing 52amps?? or please advice if this can be done via contactor?
