Hi, When washing clothes yesterday the underwire from my bra came out and has disappeared into the machine. Discovered this when the spin cycle started making loud 'dragging, clicking' noises. I've checked the drum to see if it's stuck in one of the holes and also around the door seals etc but...

Thanks Hazza, the drum doesn't go up and down, moves backward and forward a little, but I can turn it round easily with no noises. I think it may be the belt has moved, and know how to correct that if I could only figure out how to get into the machine, which is doing my head in.

My washing machine is making a terrible noise on the spins (driving me and the person in the flat below mad). It is a self levelling machine, and there is no vibration, even when it's making the terrible noise. I want to check the belt has not slipped and want to remove the (top?) to view it...
