    Leaking WC

    In downstairs WC there is a leak at the point where the pan joins the outlet pipe . I assume that some internal seal has failed. How do I go about replacing it ?

    My house has 10 radiators (all with TRV's). The pump is located upstairs. Problem: 2 bedroom rads not fully heating up and 1 downstairs double rad not working at all (the double rad has not worked for years|). System flushed and bedroom rads now OK but downstairs rad still not working...
