cold radiator

My house has 10 radiators (all with TRV's). The pump is located upstairs.
Problem: 2 bedroom rads not fully heating up and 1 downstairs double rad not working at all (the double rad has not worked for years|).
System flushed and bedroom rads now OK but downstairs rad still not working.

The TRV seems OK. but the feed pipe to it is cold.
Could it be that the pump is not powerful enough to handle the flow for adouble rad or is there another answer ?

turn all the others off

what chemical did you use when flushing?

take the cold rad off and turn on each valve over a bucket to see if you have a jammed valve or a blockage. TRVs often jam closed.

Chemical flusher was supplied by Co. from whom flusher machine was hired (unfortunately I no longer have the container ).Had already checked valves and both are OK.
Since writing I have spent some time balancing all rads and this seems to have done the trick !
Thanks anyway for your response / suggestions.
