Hi I'm looking at purchasing a property that has Armourcout Perlata on the walls in some of the rooms. It's nice but I don't really like the colour. Can anyone advise if it can be painted over? Or another colour used? Never heard of this before.

Hi I'm looking at buying a property that has Water Underfloor heating throughout - no radiatiors at all. The problem is there are no towel radiatiors in any of the bathrooms. The bathrooms are in really good condition and partly tiled and I don't really want to start smashing up the tiles etc...

Hi did you ever solve this? Or find out what caused it? I have the same issue but with a different grout. Fugabella color. I would be keen to find out what you did. Thanks
