Thank you very much. Yes, the brown does loop across as you say. And yes, I have a Drayton LP722 to be replaced by the Hive.

Please could someone tell me what I need to do to decommission this (see photo) I am happy to leave it in situ as am planning to install a Hive mini thermostat. Thanks
