Fan is working correctly and power supply is ok :?

I have a baxi solo he that clicks on both green lights come on then within 3-4 seconds cuts out with the light next to the power light going red. It then tries to start several times doing the same thing then it stops. I have tried switching the thermostat to full but this makes no...
