The main fuse in the fusebox is a 30A yes.

not sure of the exact size. it was put in to feed the shower switched spur. its a large cable, i would say 6mm but could be wrong. i will check once im home.

Hi, thanks for your response. Not sure what fuse is in the spur at present. It is supplying a power shower transformer at present.
