The waterproof membrane would attach the osb. Then some batten on top of the waterproof membrane. Then the cladding is fixed to the batten

There is a inspection drain at the rear of mine and on the shared footpath in the front between me and the other middle terrace I'm sure I've seen a man hole on the drive for one of the end terraces. And the other has a man hole in the garden at the side of the house
