Changed a CU today TNCS. Upgraded main CPC to 16mm. Main equipotential bonding was 6mm, replaced gas bonding with 10mm. Water pipe is 6mm, here were the problem lies... The whole water pipe is lead, it stops just short of the sink right at the back of the house were a 1ft (if that) 15mm...
