I doubt it. It's gone from only the downstairs switch to just the upstairs ones since the wires were moved.

Reluctant as I don't want muck about with my wiring. Which is why I'm waiting on a few electricians. Post originally started about advice to see if it was potentially something i may feel confident trying as I don't mind a bit of DIY, or if others may have seen this before

Yeah. My plan is to let it hammer it down again and that should narrow it down. If it trips then likely leak, damaged wiring. If not, possibly faulty switch. Or something in between

So far so good. We've got rain due next Tuesday. Even though it didn't trip when it last bounced down I still want to test that theory again

48 hours and no trips despite heavy rain. All lights moved onto upstairs circuit. Monitor it and see how it goes. But seeing as it hasn't tripped for 2 days it could just be a coincidence if it doesnt do it again
