do know if these are any better i tested by wiring a plug socket to each line and trying in socket tester

thanks for replying i will try that i ve tried running with the valve at the other end halfway open in case its marked the wrong way round

have an air pump heating system, but one radiator is cold all the time, tried to bleed it and there was water there instantly that looked clean so checked the thermostatic valve the plunger seemed to move freely. What do i try next? any help appreciated

Hi I was trying to fit a light using existing wiring where a cooker hood had been, this was in a fused terminal, so i assumed one set of 3 core cable would be incoming live and the other would go to the hood, so my plan was to fit a wall switch to live incoming then from switch t the light...
