For anyone doing this as long as the sill plate is ok it's not a problem. I used a car 3 ton car jack with 2x4 under the sill plate and 2x6 across the corner on the heavier side and it came right up. I couldn't get 4" but I got 2" on each side for now that's better than nothing as this shed was...
