    :( I have a detached double garage at my home.It is 9metres x 6metres and is built with cavity wall.However in winter when the temperature rises following a cold spell condensation forms(a lot) on the walls and other items in the garage.Is there any solution to this problem?

    Iam replacing a mechanical room thermostat with a digital one.The terminals on the digital are NO,com,and NC.My existing wires are live,neutral and switched live.Could someone please advise me which goes where?

    I have checked the wiring again and it appears ok.I have disconnected the neutral wire.This has had the opposite effect.The boiler now continues to run and now does not switch off until after the desired temperature has been reached.The thermostat is not an electronic one.It is a fairly standard...

    Yes,I have checked it with a phase tester and it is working,the problem is the thermostat switches off after about one minute,it appears to sense the room warmer after it is activated for a short time
