:( I have a detached double garage at my home.It is 9metres x 6metres and is built with cavity wall.However in winter when the temperature rises following a cold spell condensation forms(a lot) on the walls and other items in the garage.Is there any solution to this problem?
Iam replacing a mechanical room thermostat with a digital one.The terminals on the digital are NO,com,and NC.My existing wires are live,neutral and switched live.Could someone please advise me which goes where?

Yes,I have checked it with a phase tester and it is working,the problem is the thermostat switches off after about one minute,it appears to sense the room warmer after it is activated for a short time
