having probems with boiler vaillant vcw gb240h,approx 20 years old, no issues until lately, only lukewarm water coming from taps - recently resolved the issue by cleaning heat exchanger,which was badly sooted and yellow/orange flame rather than blue - when cleaned this resolved both issues for a short period of time then about 3-5 weeks later i noticed that flame was turing yellow /orange again and heat exchanger was becomind sooted up- do i need a new heat exchanger or is there another issue resulting in lukewarm water- by he way all the radiators{8} are red hot depeadant on how high i adjust tenp gauge on main boiler control panel .
