Fear not gentlemen I am getting a GSR fitter in to fix these leaks, I was merely trying to understand why I have so much water ingress. I believe the condensate assy has a blockage but this will be confirmed when my local plumber arrives . I genuinely appreciate your safety warnings. Thanks.
