All fixed. The key was that there was no gas flow and no spark. This lead to the culprit being the air pressure sensor. However the solution was much simpler :oops: In putting back the covers and shelves in the boiler cupboard one of the pressure testing caps had come off :(...

I have just had the same issue. The PCB in question was the Honeywell Full Sequence ignition device. One of the relays near the 7 pin connector has burnt out and fried the PCB. Been doing some research on the web and seen a few with this problem. It may explain why there are two variants...
