    No! Thats not possible cause they are only small plastic feet with a rubber insert. I ask b&Q which were i got it from and they haven't got a clue.

    I've fitted my metal bath but unlike a plastic one the legs don't screw to floor and there is no backets to screw it to the wall. What do I do as the bath moves ??

    On the diy doctor site (your link) it says its not a requirement to go back to the consumer unit. Does this mean I will be within the regulalions just to bond the pipes. Its just that taking a wire back to the consumer unit will be a lot of work.

    After bonding all the pipes etc together to I need to take the earth cable back to the consumer unit. If so could I take it to the earth to the shower which is the loft and be easy to do?

    Do you tile and fit the sink onto the tiles or fit the sink and tile round it? I was going tile 1st but the sink bellys out at the back in the middle and would leave gaps either side. Is the sink faulty? If I fit the 1st it can be sunk into the paster, but should I need to? :? :? Also...

    Fitting the side panel on a bath

    I have just fitted a new bath in the corner of the room. Do I fit the side panel and tile up to it or tile the wall then fit the panel? Also I plan to carpet the floor, do I tile down to floor or fit skirting board?

    The cable is joined because it was the cable to a electric cooker and was not long enough for the shower.(It was the quickest thing to do at the time) Do you think it will be alright to use a cooker flex connecter (45A) fixed to a back box and screwed to a beam and left under the floorboards...

    Thanks for the help. I plan on getting a 8.5kw shower. what size fuse should i use :?: Also i found out there is joint in the wire under the floorboards using a 30amp wiring block. Will this have to be changed, if so what to :?: :?

    After reading various posts and the cable guide I am a bit confused, so I thought I ask. I have about a 15m run of 6mm cable with a 30amp fuse. Whats the biggest size shower I can use?
