If a house is suffering from subsidence how much would it take off the asking price ?

Speaking of ground heave , which I've just looked up what it means ha. I've been reading through the survey again and it says all ground floors are uneven , but particularly the living room . Also some of the internal doors don't close properly In the frames , so this could indicate movement ...

I know it's possible to give a actual estimate , but someone with years of experience in the trade must know a rough idea what it would cost for all that , I mean a very rough ball park figure .
