Haven't got any pictures but can tell you what I did.
Got some timber roof joists (luckily I knew someone who had a few spare).
Dug two holes (approx 300mm deep) to put the base of the joists in.
Bought a bag of 'Postcrete' from B&Q
Set the posts in the postcrete and let set for however long stated (simple instructions on the pack)
When set fixed the timber joists to the timber lean-to roof joists over (I had an existing timber lean-to construction which I put the punchbag under)
Fixed a section of a punch bag 'ring hook' to a section of a timber joist
Fixed this joist (with ring hook) between the uprights.
Hung the bag off this with chains
For all joinery I used 'no more nails' (outdoor type) and wood screws. I bought external type screw plates from B & Q to fix the joists together with the screws etc.
This is the general description - should get the principle from that - hope it helps. Can answer any questions if u need me to.
Cheers
