Sorry to hear of your problems.
Mine, however went faultless, two sink cut-outs, three tap holes, worktops, range splash-back, upstands and a window cill.
It is, unfortunately all down to templating.. they had no on-site modifications to do at all.... Although can be quite common...
Just plumbing the American fridge in now and tiling (floor/walls) to do...
By the way, you can get quartz tiles with the silver flecks in for walls and floors, about £75 sq/mtr...
