Is this due to condensate blockage?

I dont use the immersion heater, I just use the electornic controls to put hot water to always on for an hour every couple of days.

Is this due to condensate blockage?

RI model, the manual says its either: No gas supply/low gas supply pressure, Condensate outlet blocked or Flue blocked There is no detail to the flashing, its crap like that. No idea what a hive is, what is using batteries, the honeywell box thing?

Is this due to condensate blockage?

AllI know is that the light on that box is usally green and the boiler is flashing indicating a fault, its an old greenstar that doesnt indicate anything specific. It makes 5 mins of noise when I turn the hot water on after resetting the boiler and then gives a fault again. The box stays flat...

Is this due to condensate blockage?

My searches indicate the honywell controller coupled with my old greenstar boiler flashing indicates condensate issues? Is there anything I can do to fix it as a layman, or is it gas safe engineer time? Cheers.

Can a very shallow layer of soil blockage result in noticeable roof damage?

Thanks, was going to go with a 2.5k discount. The apparent damp staining was said to be in the roof space though (so is the other side), guess ill have to crawl in and take a photo. Am unhappy they arent sharing the 2nd half of the survey though which would have photos and more details presumably.

Can a very shallow layer of soil blockage result in noticeable roof damage?

Theres nothing wrong with this substance to line the lead used right? Think I had another roofer mate say its not ideal, but not a problem either. Opinion on it please from the older photo? I think surveyor was covering their ass, buyer still hasnt shown proof of damage, if there was a big...

Can a very shallow layer of soil blockage result in noticeable roof damage?

She had a quote from some roofer to replace the adhesive on the roof and the damaged timber. However I see no damage. Id have to crawl up there to see if theres a problem, not that any staining is proof of any problem other than not cleaning the gutter enough, right?

Can a very shallow layer of soil blockage result in noticeable roof damage?

Have a buyer wanting a 9 k reduction based on a survey report. It seems they were told the substance used in the gutter was incorrect, damp staining in the roof space found and that there was timber damage in the roof structure, yet no evidence of this was found further in the survey and there...
