Hi @gas112 disconnecting the condensate trap wire doesn't make any difference. The symptoms fit option B the best from the light fault troubleshooting. Thanks

Hi @ianmcd no difference when holding "reset" for a long time. Hi @gas112 I still haven't had a chance to check the condensate trap wire - it would fit with the troubleshooting guide

Hi Chris, Thanks for your reply, the system pressure is good and I suggested a pump issue to the Baxi engineer after looking at the same troubleshooting page as you. He dismissed it as the heating works if there is a call for heat when the boiler is first switched on. Cheers Bruce
