    now sorted drilled 48mm holeand have sanded spigot down to make it fit

    do i drill the hole for this at 48mm or 51mm as those are the nearest hole saws the actual spigot measures 50mm so do i go 51 mm and glue and screw post or force spigot in the 48mm hole

    does anyone know if you need a specail washer to fit the above as when i go to tighten it on my dewalt flip saw dw742 the centre of the mounting bit sits 1-2mm out from blade and wont let the irwin laser kit sit flush to blade where as the dewalt washer is recessed to alow it to tighten straight...
