no we own it. We removed the paper from 2 other rooms and the old lime plaster underneath wasnt in the best condition so will have to spend a lot of time filling and sanding before we can paint again. Anticipating the similar issue with these rooms and would rather not spend the next year...
3 rooms in our house have lining paper and what looks like a thin coat of matte paint. The lining paper looks like its been laid quite poorly with all the sheet lines visible and some peeling around radiators/switches etc. Is it possible to just paint over this? I have seen Zinsser 3 in 1...
