The pipe is sheathed and was then just concreted over. All I did was chipped away at the concrete to move the pipe 45mm leftwards to fit a new towel rail. I have now just filled it with Bostik ready mix cement.

Can anyone advise me on what to look for in a toilet for this waste pipe? I know I will need one with the cistern offset from the bowl but is there a certain type/measurement I need to look for? PS: I have fitted a a straight pan connector in this image.

An update. I've used a Wago connector to safely join to the two lives at the old thermostat location. The neutral I have just taped off until I get a wire nut and that is as far as my knowledge goes as I can't work out where the neutral is coming from.
